Cortez Villa’s Condo 8 is located in Bradenton Florida off of 43rd Street West.  We are Located about 6 miles from the beaches on Anna Maria Island.  We are one of twelve associations that make up the Cortez Villas Property Association.  We have 31 units of the 324 in the Cortez Villas Property Association, all have at least two bedrooms and two baths.  Our units have cathedral ceilings, we have access to the pool, clubhouse, billiards, and the shuffle board courts.
